A - As a balm-to-oil type product, it can be used comfortably for sensitive skin that may find foam cleansers irritating.
Q - Can it remove waterproof makeup?
A - Waterproof point makeup should be removed with a dedicated remover as the first step of cleansing. Afterward, the Neroli Brightening Balm Cleanser can be used on dry skin to gently roll and wash away any remaining residue. Harsh cleansing around the delicate eye area can cause wrinkles.
Q - Can it be used as a cleanser for non-makeup-wearing skin?
A - Yes, the firm balm texture can effectively remove impurities that accumulate between pores.
Q - Will it leave the skin feeling tight after cleansing?
A - The balm-to-oil texture of the product allows for a gentle and moisturizing cleansing experience.
Q - I have allergies to flowers. Can I still use it?
A - The Neroli Brightening Balm Cleanser contains a high concentration of neroli extract (bitter orange flower extract). If you have allergies to flowers, it is recommended to perform a patch test on a small area before using it.

How to Use
▪︎ Makeup RemovalOn makeup days, cleanse first with Neroli Brightening Oil Balm Cleanser, followed by Neroli Brightening Velvet Powder Wash.
▪︎ Massage CareOn days when I'm feeling particularly tired, I apply a generous amount to dry hands and smooth over my face and décolleté line (neckline). Gently massage for at least 5 minutes, enjoying the silky formula and elegant neroli scent, then rinse to emulsify.
