If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, we will happily accept new and unopened beauty products within 14 days of purchase date. Returned products must be in its original condition to be eligible for a refund. Please email email@example.com with your order number to receive further instructions. (no refunds will be granted without a return authorization). All Sale items & Special offers are final sale.
Once your return is processed, credit will be issued to original method of payment for merchandise amount only. The original shipping fees are non-refundable. PINKWONDER is not responsible for the shipping costs of the returns or liable for lost returns. It is the buyer's responsibility to cover the shipping costs of the returns.
For damaged or defected items, please send us an image and email us at firstname.lastname@example.org for a replacement or refund.
